Our Return Policy:
You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 21 days from your item’s ship date. Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed. You will need to ship the item back to us at your cost and the cost to ship back to us will not be refunded or credited back to you.
- If items are returned after our 21 day return policy, we will not be able to accept your return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice. A merchandise credit or refund will not be credited to your account.

Our Exchange Policy:
Exchanges: If you receive an item that doesn’t fit you well or is the wrong size altogether you can exchange your merchandise to our warehouse up to 17 days from your item’s ship date. Exchanges must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your exchange item(s) will be inspected upon arrival. Once we receive the merchandise, we will send you the size you requested in exchange. We will only honor a request for exchange due to size. We will not exchange one item for a different design, only the same design for exchanges. We do not allow for exchanges in person or at games. We will cover the cost to ship your exchange once.
What if I sign up for a tryout but I can’t make it?
We have a no refund policy for tryouts. We understand that sometimes unforeseeable situations come up. If you need to reschedule your tryout time we will do our best to accommodate you. This is not a guarantee of being rescheduled. We do not allow for individual tryouts.
What items are completely non-refundable?
NC Battalion Brigade founding purchases are non-refundable. Please make sure before you purchase that you understand what is provided and that you are satisfied before you make your purchase.
