Born and raised in San Diego, Brandon began playing soccer at age 11 and spent several seasons with Scripps Ranch and Nomads Soccer Club. He started his career as an outside midfielder and eventually solidified his place as a major scoring threat on the front line. Following graduation from Scripps Ranch High School, Brandon took his striking abilities to CSU San Marcos where in 2009 he tied the record for most goals scored in one season at 10.
Brandon enters his fifth season in the NPSL having previously played four seasons with the San Diego Flash. He was a major fixture on the Flash’s front line, often finding the back of the net in the late minutes of the game. This year Brandon looks forward to playing with his twin brother, Brent, rather than being NPSL adversaries, which has been the case for the last several years.
Professionally, Brandon works in social services and provides resources for low-income families with preschool age children. He is in the process of earning his Master of Social Work degree to help further his credentials in the field. On a personal note, Brandon will be getting married this summer to his lovely fiancé whom he’s been dating for almost four years.
